Bill began his insurance profession in 1996 with Marquis & Associates as the Director of Business Development. After one year of training, Bill began producing new accounts for the agency. In this position he was responsible for producing new property & casualty and surety accounts for the agency.
In 1997, Willis purchased Marquis & Associates and Bill continued to hold the title of Director of Business Development. During his tenure at Willis, Bill developed a significant book of business. He also designed and implemented a business development process that significantly increased new accounts annually over a three year period. As a result of his sales efforts and outstanding results, Bill was elected to Willis’s Exceptional Producers Counsel three times.
Bill graduated from Lycoming College in 1995.
